1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Wiser Lab API and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account or API keys is your sole responsibility.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Wiser Lab services for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to generating malicious content, attempting to bypass rate limits, or abusing the referral system.

4. Export Controls and Sanctions

Wiser Lab strictly complies with United States export controls and economic sanctions. By using our services, you represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a resident of any region subject to comprehensive US sanctions (including but not limited to Mainland China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and Syria). Access to US-based AI models is strictly prohibited for users located in these regions. Any attempt to bypass these geographic restrictions will result in immediate account termination.

5. Billing and Refunds

All deposits for AI API credits are final and non-refundable unless legally required by your jurisdiction. Credits are deducted based on real-time usage data synced from upstream AI providers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement, purchased credits expire 12 months from the date of deposit.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of Wiser Lab.
